Note to judge: the fact that comex is initiating criminal CFJs for violating this rule is prima facie evidence that e doesn't believe a punishment for violating it is unfair, so eir contesting is clearly done in bad faith. NoVs for 200 days of comex's violations will follow. If e wants to dig up old violations, I'll enjoy deregistering em by announcement.
