Or the Fantasy Rules Committee, where they'll gladly let the judge declare someone a player retroactive to the beginning of the round just because /someone else/ submitted something they wrote as a fantasy rule. I'm not sure they've been bothering with the formal override procedure when judgeship is voluntarily transferred, either.
