This is fair idea, but it's riddled with spelling, grammar, and logic
errors, including the fact that the rules will twice mention paying to
convert from Distributable to Undistributable and this:
In a given Agoran week, the Promotor SHALL, as part of eir weekly
duties, distribute any proposal that is in the Proposal Pool and
was not Distributable at the beginning of that Agoran week.
where you surely meant to say "not Undistributable" as opposed to "not
Distributable."
