For what it's also worth, I picked up a physical copy of said actual directory on a visit there in 1999, and I did in fact read (some) of it that week. I'd planned to scan a photo of me reading it after the week ended, to try for a win-by-only-person-with-no-rests. At least that was the idea when I put it into the fearmongor proposal - but then I figured I'd used up my scam quota for a while esp. given that ais523 quit over it. -G.
