Nothing's ratified for years, and that ain't my fault. You purportedly possess the authority to change that. And no, nothing has ratified for years, but that's easy to solve. Indeed, there is a proposal now to fix that issue (and, for some reason, despite having first proposed fixing ratification, you've yet to distribute the proposal).
