While we've been falling short of the ideal in the last few months,
I think there's some things we want to encourage (1) regular weekly
reports with consistent format; (2) week-to-week recordkeeping/quantity
tracking, with someone responsible to responding to CoEs, and (3)
electoral responsibility for some policies. Therefore some Officers.
On the other hand, there's more activity-promoting stuff that could make
good gigs. My personal favorite: bringing the Fearmongor back as a Gig.
The Fearmongor was an officer whose duty was to regularly:
1. Submit a proposal to Repeal a single rule, where the rule is chosen
entirely
at random from current rules.
2. Submit a proposal to Re-enact a rule from our vast history (allowing the
Fearmongor to make minor tweaks so it would be up to date on terminology/
current mechanisms).
