Wondering if R217 judicial protections should be re-done to have standards for the whole process (not just initiation), and have the standards be set like the protection for Proposals in R1698. Is Judgement enough of a Tenet of All Nomics that it should be put in the "Agora is a Nomic" rule, and say that Agora is also ossified if a judgement can't be obtained in a four-week period? By setting this standard, this also allows paying for initiation, requiring Support, etc., as long as the rates are set that a typical Agoran could do it and expect a response within that time frame. Thoughts?
