Rule 2438 states: Orange (O): When a proposal is adopted via an Agoran Decision on which no valid votes were AGAINST, its proposer earns an Orange Ribbon. AGAINST is, however, always a valid vote on an Agoran decision to adopt a proposal. I would be amenable to including a Transparent ribbon award in a fix proposal, however. -Alexis
