Drat - it would have been a good one!! I was about to send the following gratuitous: As part of my Arbitor workflow, I send a message (from my PHP-automated entry system to myself), then proof the message and forward it on to the PF. It's a true "sending" (PHP using sendmail, I can redirect it to go straight to the PF if I prefer). More times than not, the proofing changes nothing and an exact copy is forwarded (minus forwarding headers). Sometimes there's a bit of delay between these steps, a day or more even. If that first sending-to-myself is taken as the send date, it messes up every CFJ assignment date I've done for the past year (at least). -G.
