It uses the data in https://github.com/AgoraNomic/ruleset/tree/main/rules_data/rules. That's the data source used to generate all formats of the ruleset, so it should never be *less* up to date than any other ruleset source. If the H. Rulekeepor updates flr-fresh.txt whenever e updates the rules, then yes, they'll be identical. Gaelan
