Some feedback

- It seems possible that you'd only need one golem ever. The documents
required can read something like {Do as specified in the latest post made
by Yachay in agora-discussions titled 'Latest Mind Update'}, and adjust
golems as needed, with as many inputs and outputs as needed. Multiple
golems aren't necessary. This could probably be fixed by having a golem
only be able to act once a week, although it seems like we'll just get more
golems over time forever which isn't a great idea imo.
- Further playing into the once-a-week restriction suggestion, automatic
effects seem like hell to track for officers. Normally, there is a single
email message that indicates when something that they are tracking needs to
be recomputed but with this, they'd *also* need to keep track of what the
golem are up to. What if two players set up golems to pass a Stamp between
them every millisecond? Or, as time passes, the automation becomes too
convoluted and interlinked for anyone to really want to do the job of
tracking what's going on?
