Oh, right. How about "in the past 7 days before announcing intent"?

That sounds like it would work. Also, maybe add "by this mechanism" in case the Promotor happens to use one of the other ones.

Is the "sponsored" language a leftover from a prior era? The rest of the proto doesn't use it, and the rules only use the term in the context of a tabled action.
