Is the "sponsored" language a leftover from a prior era? The rest of the proto doesn't use it, and the rules only use the term in the context of a tabled action.

Yes, I forget the details, but there was at least one potential bonus
that you could only get based on a sponsored proposal. Proposals pended
using one of the other methods ("disinterested" in some older systems)
were assumed to just be altruistic.
