Do you have an explanation? I'm not sure whether to oppose or support
this, and knowing why you want to do it would be helpful.
Note that as far as I can tell, rule 208 makes it POSSIBLE to resolve
an Agoran Decision arbitrarily late, so all that this would be doing
would be to a) prevent deputisation and b) potentially prevent the
Assessor getting into trouble from missing the deadline.
