"Don't Use 'em, Lose 'em (at gambling)"
1. A player can become a party to this contract by announcement. A party
to this contract can remove emself as a party to this contract by
announcement. A party to this contract who has not been a player at
any time in the prior 28 days can be removed as a party to this
contract by announcement.
2. This contract will terminate if "Backroom Casino" ceases to be a
contract.
3. "Qualified parties" are players who are all of the following:
- Party to this contract,
- Party to the contract "Backroom Casino",
- Not party to the contract "Don't Lose 'em, Use 'em".
4. On the last day of each month, if no party has done so this month, a
party of this contract (designated the helper) CAN perform this
procedure once per qualified party (the procrastinator). The helper
MUST perform the procedure on all qualified parties, optionally
excluding emself.
- If the procrastinator has 5 or more spendies, act on behalf of
that party to transfer 1 spendie to the helper.
- If the procrastinator has 1 or more spendies, as many times as
possible, act on behalf of the procrastinator to pay 1 spendie to
grant "Backroom Casino" one candle.
- If it is possible to do so, spin the wheel as described in
"Backroom Casino".
