I've been modifying the source code for Quake. So far, I've taken the Jedi mod and removed all of the taunts so that it can be played in single player mode. The hardest part of navigating now is not knowing what wall I'm scraping against. I know that the function for determining whether we're scraping the wall is in hooks.qc, but the scrape sound doesn't seem to be tied to an object. Do I need to tie it to one to make it directional--I'm stumped.
