I have downloaded and successfully built both the tag and source zip on my mac
with an existing .m2 and then deleting it and a clean maven local repo. The
build and tests work just fine. The tests took longer to run, but good that we
have more test coverage now.

The shell scripts also work fine now in launching xbaya and ran through the 5
minute and 10 minute tutorials.

The license and notice files looks ok to me. KEYS is on a publicly available
web server and I was able to verify the signatures of both source and the
binaries.

I am good to vote now.
