Saminda, We are using Airavata 0.3 built by Saminda as I recall and Saminda probably built it specifically to us as newer Airavata had some issues. If the newer version solve the bug and we can move ahead with newer one.
FYI, we build on paramberoo-trunk on gw56 for the current version. [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-523?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13427060#comment-13427060 ] Saminda Wijeratne commented on AIRAVATA-523: -------------------------------------------- Hi Sudhakar, Can you or Ning verify which version of Airavata is used at the moment please? If it is still 0.3 we need to upgrade it to 0.4 (which Lahiru did I separately as I remember) and check again. We fixed some of error notifications in 0.4. > Airavata incorrectly labels failed workflows as finished successfully. > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: AIRAVATA-523 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-523 > Project: Airavata > Issue Type: Bug > Reporter: Sudhakar Pamidighantam > > Workflow details here. > xbayaWorkflowName":"dmh2__1343788729","status":"STARTED","startDate":1343788729,"userId":"spamidig","workflowIdtoAvirata":"ParamChem5-fullWithURLs_7bcf9180-60d1-4f65-b996f56f2ada93d6","cgenffOutputMolName":"dmh2","cgenffOutputPath":"C:\\Users\\spamidig\\gridchem\\paramchem\\paramchemData\\cgenff_project\\dmh2_20120731","workflowId":"ParamChem5-fullWithURLs_Tue > Jul 31 21:38:49 CDT 2012","projectName":"spamidig"}]} > > Monitor Dash Board message log entries. > > 00:06:05.231 08/01/12 charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_invoke INFO > Status of job https://ember.ncsa.illinois.edu:50886/59650/1343797544/is DONE > 00:06:44.518 08/01/12 charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_invoke > computationDuration [Computation Time taken = 60534 ms] > 00:06:53.290 08/01/12 charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_invoke receivedResult > step5B2_predicted_rmsd=4.86556, > predicted_plot_ene=/gpfs2/scratch/users/ccguser/xbaya-workdirs/charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_proposed_Wed_Aug_01_01_05_33_EDT_2012_2c1c1cfe-df2b-488c-a88d-e80b4dbbf39d/dmh2/fit/fit_dmh22.ene, > > fitted_dihedrals_prm=/gpfs2/scratch/users/ccguser/xbaya-workdirs/charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_proposed_Wed_Aug_01_01_05_33_EDT_2012_2c1c1cfe-df2b-488c-a88d-e80b4dbbf39d/dmh2/fit/fit_dmh22.prm, > step5B2_charmm_rmsd=4.86541, > charmm_plot_ene=/gpfs2/scratch/users/ccguser/xbaya-workdirs/charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_proposed_Wed_Aug_01_01_05_33_EDT_2012_2c1c1cfe-df2b-488c-a88d-e80b4dbbf39d/dmh2/fit_verify/scan_dmh23.ene, > > molecule_dir_out_tgz=/gpfs2/scratch/users/ccguser/xbaya-workdirs/Model_Ref_Data_Prep_proposed_Tue_Jul_31_22_40_00_EDT_2012_d6ea933e-a94e-42e4-bef4-7f21ac86c94f/molecule_dir_out.tgz > 00:07:02.575 08/01/12 charmm_pot_ener_scan_validate_init_guess_invoke > invokingServiceFailed Error in getting output. name: molecule_dir_out_tgz: > org.apache.airavata.xbaya.XBayaException: Error in getting output. name: > molecule_dir_out_tgz > 00:07:02.685 08/01/12 charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_invoke > invokingServiceFailed Error in getting output. name: Parameter: > org.apache.airavata.xbaya.XBayaException: Error in getting output. name: > Parameter > 00:07:02.943 08/01/12 sendingResult > 00:07:03.815 08/01/12 workflowTerminated Workflow > finished successfully. > 00:07:03.839 08/01/12 sendingResult > Notice that charmm_pot_ener_scan_fit_invoke step failed with an error while > later the workflow shows terminated with finished successfully.
