Long term Contract
Client : A large Bank
Job Position: Sr. CRM Consultant with at least 2 CRM upgrade project
experience and ability to work with and manage onsite and offshore team.
Possible Start Date: 2nd or 3rd Week of August 2011
End Date : Dec 2011 (extendable)
The details are as follows:
a. Experience of working on the following modules of CRM
i. SFA -
Accounts and Contacts, Activity Management and Opportunity Management.
ii.
Marketing Automation - Customer Segmentation and Campaign Management and ELM
iii.
Management of security authorizations in SAP CRM
iv. CRM Web
based portal application with single sign on capability
v. MSA
-Mobile Sales Application
