*Location: Detroit, MI** Duration: 6 Plus Months Rate: $52/Hour C2C* This position will be responsible for supporting the Avaya Predictive Dialer system for Ford Motor Credit. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting other Unix based telephony systems. These systems include Best Time To Call Applications and the Avaya Call Management System (CMS)running Sun Solaris. When not directly supporting these systems, this candidate will also work with he business units on projects to develop enhancements, modifications or security improvements to the existing systems. * Skills Required:* 1. Experience with Unix System Administration 2. Previous implementation and support with running vendor supplied applications designed to run on Red Hat Linux SuSE Linux (FUSE) 3. Willingness and interest to learn and support telephony systems running on vendor supplied hardware and operating system * Experience Required:* 1. Collaborating with business analysts to support upgrades and enhancements to the vended applications. 2. Troubleshooting Unix based vended applications to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level application support 3. Participating in a duty page roation schedule for after hours and weekend support (7x24) 4.
