1. Working knowledge of Microsoft visual studio 05/08 development
environment.
2. Develop, maintain and reverse engineer client-server, web based, and MS
Access applications.
3. Proficient in VB.NET, VB6, C# programming languages.
4. Proficient in SQL, PSQL, and TSQL database languages.
5. Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle and MSSQL databases.
6. Ability to work well with others and effectively communicate within a
team environment.
7. Documentation of data processing procedures and written code.
8. HTML, JavaScript, vbscript, AJAX and DHTML.
9. Microsoft Data Access Controls and ADO.NET
10. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
11. Must possess innovative, strong, and creative analytical skills.
12. Project management /technical lead experience required.
13. Technical Lead/PM to lead JAD SESSIONS.
14. Technical lead to take the JAD session results and turn user
requirements into technical
requirements.
