Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6-8
Technical/Functional Skills : Should be well versed in SAP Data
Migration Tools (like LSMW), should have worked in 1 or 2 full cycle
implementations in SAP Data Migration projects. Preferred experience
in Insurance domain. Should be able to discuss with business
stakeholders and understand the complete data migration requirements
Experience Required 8-10 years
Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Conduct workshops with business
users
and gather data cleansing, data reconciliation and data convergence
requirements
2. Analyze data and data models and come up with observations on
source data quality
3. Conduct workshops with IT Application leads and gather data
cleansing requirements as well as chart out plans for complete data
migration exercise
4. Analyze SAP data models and conduct workshops with them and
determine the level of consistency with source (legacy systems) and
target.
Generic Managerial Skills : Should be able to coordinate with team
of
8 (onsite + offshore)
