The response I'm getting is:

$ http http://localhost:8080/hello
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Length: 31
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Date: Sat, 24 Dec 2016 12:25:15 GMT
Server: akka-http/10.0.1

Say hello to akka-http

$

i.e. no "Connection" or "Keep-Alive" headers. I've tried adding
"respondWithHeader(Connection("Keep-Alive")" as well, but it makes no
difference.
