Hi Matt, We have stopped using the NAnt script that is in the CVS. There is no real reason for this, but as we kept modifying the project directory structure, I did not put in those changes in the build script. Also, the old script used all sorts of additional tools such as doxygen for documentation etc... We don't use those anymore. Currently it is still a VS based build and setup.
I am not exactly sure about 'sign the assemblies that get packaged into the .msi'. I think the best idea is to simply sign all the assemblies in the VS project with your key and run build the setup - this way whatever assemblies are included in the setup will be signed anyway during the project build process.
