This is a database - not a knapsack problem. All the data constraints
are indexed or sorted, and readily available.

No "testing of all possible combinations" is needed. You should be
dealing with quick indexed or binary searches of specific requirements
of your properties to serve your customers.

Contact a MySQL database programmer, and get it done. Once he/she is
familiar with your process of finding the right property, step by step,
the programming should be fairly straightforward.

And no "knapsacks" or other classical software problems, are required!
