You might consider trying Tunnelbare first as you get 500MB of data free of
charge every month and the client isn't bad for accessibility.
I don't know whether Windows 10 has a built-in VPN client these days. If it
does then you could use that along with whatever VPN provider you choose.
The Mac, Android and IOS have built-in VPN clients which are perfectly
accessible which is great for customisation and getting the best out of your
VPN provider.

Okay so what Pro VPN client are we talking here?
I use HMA on my IOS, Android and computers.
The HMA - Hide My Ass - VPN subscription is a little on the expensive side
however the reverse is that the clients are extremely accessible and you have a
heap of customisation options to choose from, to optimise your VPN for
different applications including streaming.
I don???t know whether Tunnelbare VPN has an IOS client but if it does then
that may be worth looking at.
With Tunnelbare you get 500MB of data free every month so that might be enough
without having to pay any extra for more data.
