Hello Hamit, What you were looking at is an audio interface and the Zoom is a recorder. Yes the 6 can act as an interface but the Native Instruments Complete Audio is just the USB interface. What is important with interfaces is the noise floor on the pre-amps. As you use an extremely quiet mic it is important to use a pre-amp with a very low noise floor. You might be aware that the Booth Junky suggests using a fethead with the Zoom so that the pre-amps are not so noisy.
