Hello Hamit, Well no not really, he is 90 degree of the mesh basket not the body. i.e. the front of the mic. An omnidirectional mic in that situation should sound the same while he arced around his half circle.
I am assuming he mounts the mics on a desk because of the keyboard thing. So he wouldn’t be able to talk into the body of the microphone.
