Hello, If you mean the firmware update it is easy to find. Here's the link.
https://zoomcorp.com/en/us/field-recorders/field-recorders/f6/f6-support/ You may get a dialog asking about language. Just find the close button. As you can see from the URL above it is set to English US. Basically: Unzip the file. Copy bin file to SD. Press play and turn the F6 on. Press the top right button to upgrade. Press enter. Wait for about 5 minutes and power off. I didn't time how long the update took but I am sure it was less than 5 minutes.
