Hey again Tom. You know you can see the track length in the playlist editor right? I can see how that jaws command alt-r could be useful, and thanks for pointing it out by the way since I had either forgotten or was never aware of it, but you can also just open the playlist editor, which will show the length of any file that's there, including the one that's playing now.

Foobar 2000 has been rewritten and is now available in Microsoft Store for newer versions of Windows. What I really love about Foobar is that you can program your own hotkeys and on the status line tell it to show exactly what you'd like to see there like total play time of the current play list and so on. In that way you are less screenreader dependent. I really like this program for playing and finding music on my pc. I'd recommend you to give it a test ride for a more modern and smooth listening experience.
