Instead all files needed for an installation set should get delivered to the output tree, which is done by appropriate prj/d.lst entries (I'll add them when applying your patch). As soon as we start to use the release number (AFAIK pretty soon), we need to exchange this information via output tree as well - but then for _all_ packages.
