I remember that solving this issue was targeted OOo 2.0 but I have just tried the 1.9.65 developer version and the issue is still there. What it surprised me is that it keeps working perfectly with my Lucida Sans Unicode font. I can provide the font so you can figure out what it is going *right* with it.
