text from the link beginning with the '?' until the '|'? The method to find the
outline searches for the number first and if that failes it searches for the
outline text.
When the HTML document is reloaded the outline numbering is broken. Heading 1 is
no longer set as first outline level. But even worse: resetting it to level one
under tools/outline numbering doesn't repair the SwNodeNum of the outline and so
lcl_FindNodeNum() in docnum.cxx still cannot find the heading.
->hbrinkm: Does the problem relate to any change in the numbering
implementation?
