IMHO : go for commit :-) About your new icons : the screenshot let me think they're very fine, really ! (Just be sure they're high resolution). They're close to the one I provided, but better. About 1.0 icons, the better is to ask Terry Teague. Waiting, I think we can test with old one as experimental, in non official builds I do, and ask on marketing mailing list (else, I have no idea...). Something I miss, is how other icons than main icon are used ? I probably misunderstood something, but I'm not sure all icons in the set are usefull. Another important point is that me have to define coherent names for these icons, and change Begin_ooo name, because this one is already used by Terry Teague in Start_OOo. As naming rule, I'd suggest something like ooo2-whatever.icns. The "2" is here to maybe prepare the next version.
