How could I be fully aware of the scenario if you omitted vital
information?

Does this mean that you need a second currency symbol to choose from,
and the "Rs" should be default instead of the localized symbol?
Is this only about the currency symbol or is also other data affected,
like decimal and group separators, date formats, day names and month
names and so on? Would you need en_IN locale data? Sounds like, if the
entire document content is in English.
