Basically, all I did was fix the appendix (the gradient header hadn't been put into the appendix page style, and some of the appendix pages had been converted to another page style), fix some typos, and add some comments about EPS files being only for use with PostScript-enabled printers and image setters. Once this is adopted, I think we can officially rename it to version 1.0 and then change the ".0" to ".1", ".2", and so on as we update file names. Also, I think it would be good to include some of the color values from the website in the manual as guides for people wanting to create banners, etc., but only as a reference and not as a mandatory thing.
