Hello

I was not able to reproduce this problem. Here are the steps I followed:

0.  Download MS_PhotoDraw.gif from http://huberman.org
1. Open a new Text Document
2. Import MS_PhotoDraw.gif into new document with Insert->Graphics->From File
3. Save new document as oo1.sxw with File->Save
4.  Export oo1.sxw to oo1.pdf with File->Export as PDF
5. When prompted, choose All Pages, Print optimized Compression, and click
Export
6. Open oo1.pdf using Acrobat Reader

My envrironment is OpenOffice.org 1.1.4 on English Microsoft Windows XP
Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 1.

As a follow-up test I did:

0.  Download MS_PhotoDraw.gif from http://huberman.org
1.  Open MS_PhotoDraw.gif with File->Open
4.  Export MS_PhotoDraw.gif to oo2.pdf with File->Export as PDF
5. When prompted, choose All Pages, Print optimized Compression, and click

6. Open oo2.pdf using Acrobat Reader

These steps did not reproduce them problem.
