Hi Oldfield,

I think your build is picking up the wrong find.exe. It uses the one from your
windows installation instead of the cygwin version.

In your winenv.bat you have this PATH entry:
set PATH=.;d:\OOo_2.0.0rc3_src\solver\680\wntmsci10.pro\bin;
d:\OOo_2.0.0rc3_src\solenv\bin;d:\OOo_2.0.0rc3_src\solenv\wntmsci10\bin;
d:\J2SDK1~1.1_0\bin;d:\J2SDK1~1.1_0\jre\bin\client;
c:\progra~1\micros~2.net\vc7\bin;c:\WINNT\system32;
c:\progra~1\micros~2.net\Common7\Tools\Bin;c:\WINNT;
d:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1\bin;d:\cygwin\bin;d:\cygwin\usr\local\bin;
d:\cygwin\bin;d:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin;c:\WINNT\System32\Wbem;
c:\Progra~1\Micros~2\Common\Tools\WinNT;
c:\Progra~1\Micros~2\Common\MSDev98\Bin;c:\Progra~1\Micros~2\Common\Tools;
c:\Progra~1\Micros~2\VC98\bin;c:\Progra~1\Micros~2.net\Common7\IDE

Can you please move the "c:\WINNT\system32;" part behind "d:\cygwin\bin;"

After you start winenv.bat again
  find --help
should give you a long explanation about its options.

Then remove wntmsci10.pro in instsetoo_native and try again.
