They are at ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/SRC680_m150/Build-1/ Please test them both on different flavours of Windows and report summary results here. The buttons Next, Cancel etc. are bug in NSIS itself. It is using system (Windows) strings for that. This means you have English Windows installed.
