I was not able to confirm. After downloading the zip package containing the
"source" and "target" spreadsheets, I saved the "source" on my machine (Windows
XP and OOo 2.0.1) but the numbers format was not altered. Although I see that
the "target" file from the user has the altered number format, I couldn't
reproduce.
