Your table must have a primary key. You can
(1) add a column with primary key on the first step of import guide or 
(2) you can set a primary key in the third step. To do it there, mark the
fieldname in the list field in the left part, open contextmenue and click on
primary key.

So I think it's neither a P2 nor a defect.

Works for me on WinXP, German OOo202rc2.
