I've found more strange behaviour:
I'll upload an attachment (pdfbookmarks.zip) created on my wife's windows 98se
machine

I included a "page number" field in all the headings in order to show the
problem: all the page numbers in headings are correct, but in the navigator,
they're all the same - they revert to the number in the last field inserted.
(I guess, this should be filed as another issue)

In the resulting pdf the bookmarks for all headings are included, all with the
same page number (from the navigator, probably), even for the pages not exported
as pdf.
sample file in the zip: pdfexport.pdf

Exporting the complete document contains all the incorrect bookmarks, although
the headings in the text are again correct.
sample file: pdfexport2.pdf

reopening the file in OO.o 1.9.77 brings more problems:
the headings no longer show up in the navigator - or rather,
they are there as blank lines see sample file: navigator.png

another problem - new in 1.9.77:
exporting as pdf brings up the format warning (asking, if you wouldn't rather
save as opendocument format, as otherwise you'll get information loss): this
doesn't make sense when exporting rather than "saving as ..."
(so this should be yet another issue???)
