Again: Where can I find information about that. Slackware hides information on
building packages/on what a package must/should contain and how the stuff inside
the package should look like...

Adding this is not a problem, but I'd like to know why...

OOo is not GPL. the license is mentioned in slack-desc. Isn't that enough?

It might be OK, but people should read the installation instructions and find
the information there. Documentation-files tend to get outdated very quick. And
having documentation usually requires translation, etc. I don' think it is worth
having that file in the package.
