Hi Anousak,

I put you on Cc because you contributed the original Lao alphabet numbering, see
issue 52837. That table contains the character U+0E95 twice at subsequent
positions 9 and 10, which most certainly is not right. How should I proceed with
this, should I replace one of those character with something else, or should I
simply remove the duplicated character, leaving 31 instead of 32 characters, or
should I remove it and insert U+0E98 between U+0E97 and U+0E99 where there is a
gap? Or something completely different?

Please answer ASAP to get this into OOo2.0.3.
