The last question is whether we want to enforce setting a password when encryption is enabled; we could do this by disabling the "OK" button as long as encryption is selected and no password is set or (perhaps better) bring up a query dialog if the user presses OK while encryption is enabled but no password set to inquire whether the user really wants to proceed.
