The last changes look very good to me. The last question is whether we want to
enforce setting a password when encryption is enabled; we could do this by
disabling the "OK" button as long as encryption is selected and no password is
set or (perhaps better) bring up a query dialog if the user presses OK while
encryption is enabled but no password set to inquire whether the user really
wants to proceed. As you stated there does not seem to be much sense in having
the document encrypted but not having a password.
