What a curious request.  I'd have expected anyone with a working knowledge of
Typography to be familiar with Vertical Justification.  It's the way most books
are produced.  The line spacing ("leading") is modified so that the baseline of
the bottom line of every page is in precisely the same place.

Yhis is not just yet another request for alavish duplication of an msword
feature - in fact the ms implimentation is simplistic.  However, I will attach
what you ask for.
