implemented zoom level and initial page in CWS pdf04
however regarding the initially open outline levels mmp suggested that perhaps
it would be more useful to limit the open outline items to a level automatically
so that only a certain number of outline enties were visible (e.g. 32 lines).
What's your opinion ?
