First of all, Thanks for the spectacular work to all the devs... really..

Ok, now on to the issue.. just to confirm it...

I'm running a gentoo Box.

I had version 2.0.2 installed. I actually have CUPS disabled for some
resolution problems (which btw I dunno if it's documented, problem with my
particular set up or what, but I found the workaround disabling cups - don't
want to waste devs time on issues I don't already find open). Therefore, I
don't rely on CUPS for the default paper size but rather
on /usr/lib/openoffice/psprint/psprint.conf

On that file, I have set up PPD_Pagesize=Letter everywhere (on the printers
and global) and everything worked fine. Then Upgraded to 2.0.3 and suddenly
openoffice.org stopped listening to what psprint.conf said it just went
automatically to A4. Enabled CUPS once again and the default size stayed at
A4. Then upgraded to 2.0.4-rc2 and the same problem stayed. Then to 2.0.4
final and the problem stayed again. Went back to 2.0.2 and the problem was
solved. Just as a test I enabled CUPS in openoffice and in 2.0.2 the default
paper size stayed as Letter. Therefore, I know that CUPS does have Letter as
default, just that openoffice > 2.0.3 didn't listen to either psprint.conf
with CUPS disabled nor CUPS with cups enabled

Current workaround: Stay with OOo 2.0.2

Anything else needed, how can I help?

Thanks
