Hello,
My conversation with vg:
There is a deep conflict between GIA ( http://www.gia.ge ) team and
ka.openoffice.org project owner (Aiet Kolkhi), they cant work
together, GIA has serious reason.

GIA was working under translation of OOo since 1.x, but translations
were not released to OOo until minor tests. Aiet was informed about
this and he knew that GIA was working on OOo l10n, but last month he
started duplicate job under one project. I have noticed him
about the problem, but he continued... etc

Aiet wants to be popular. Not more.
Whats happenedHere is your answer:
GIA started wrking on OOo 1.x, Aiet knew that, but he wont join common project.
After few weeks GIA had fully translated GUI of OOo 1.x, but it was not
enough, GIA had to test it, Aiet knew that.
GIA - time to switch to OOo 2.x :)
After 1 week GIA has translated 2.x (beta), time to test.
All this time i was working on Deer Leap project, that was my deepest mistake,
there cannot be a QA & guarantee - Translations are leaded by Aiet. So, ho
contacted his friends at eRiders and they made a trick - eRiders will made
their jobs, Aiet - will got the OOo project lead, Deer leap - his jobs for
free. 30% of Aiet's translations are directly from gia-s website (gia has open
glossary of OOo @site). I can proove that. All translators were working, but
they did'nt know that they were working under already translated strings, i
was one of translators, i know what was happened, its clear for me. Time for
others. I will contact them all and then tell the true.

All translators of Chakvi Team (except Aiet) will be in the translators list
of GIA-s gsi file, they were workin' :)

Aiet must leave all this project! There is no place for him.
Few years he was "working" on project, but.. I see only deep hole here.

Giasher works!
