I am the lead of my project, and I have a co-lead, who was lead before me. At this time I submit translations via IZ to oo.o, but we both have write access to project CVS (and we both use it actively), and when I'm not able to submit release translations, he could also do this. I cannot believe that you have so much human resources to waste these for such a discussion.... Our nation is not much smaller than yours in count and I have only one translator at moment (plus me) and one QA person...
